1, food rich in protein

The mainly element of hair is protein, therefore, enough protein intake is help to hair health. Generally, we can take enough protein in daily life, but some people whose is losing weight might cause to malnutrition, and might have the short of protein, on this condition, we should supplement more food rich in beef, eggs.

2, food rich in iron

The people who lose hair shows that they are short of iron element, so they can add some iron elements such as spinach, banana,black bean, eggs, carrot, fish and potato and so on.

3, food rich in vitamin E

Adding vitamin E can help to anti hair aging, accelerating the cells division/ food rich in vitamin E has lettuce, cabbage and black sesame and so on.

4, food rich in iodine

The hair health and thyroid has close relations. Adding iodine element can help to secret of thyroid, which is good to hair health, these kinds of food has belt and nori and so on.
