Why Does Nephrotic Syndrome Happen ?

1.Heredity

Nephrotic syndrome has some relation with heredity.According to relative researches, the families that have patients of nephrotic syndrome have higher rate of catching this disease than the ones that not have.The twins have the 2% to 6% possibility of catching nephrotic syndrome.

2.Allergy

According to relative research,the patients who catch nephrotic syndrome because of allergy take up 35.5%.Some research shows that if patinets get this disease because they are allergic to Monilia albicans and Diphtheria They will have eosinophilic granuloma and swelling in the whole body. The level of eosinophilic granulocyte is higher than the normal one. Besides, the patients will have the symptoms of proteinuria, low serum protein and high serum lipid.

3.Abnormal Immune System

The happening of nephrotic syndrome is relative to the abnormal state of humoral immunity,the formation of complex and cellular immunity.According to some reports,when some patients have nephrotic syndrome as well as hemolytic uremic syndrome,serum C3 and C4 will go down.
